  • Ellen Osthus Fee, CFP®

    Associate Wealth Partner

Ellen Osthus Fee joined BGM TruNorth Wealth Partners in 2015. As an Associate Wealth Partner, she assists clients with retirement, cash flow, and estate planning. She collaborates with CPAs to coordinate tax planning with investment recommendations. Ellen especially enjoys working with clients who are both engaged and receptive.

After working for a hedge fund, Ellen realized that she missed the personal connections and impact of helping others that she had experienced while doing intensive behavioral therapy with autistic toddlers. While working in trust administration at Wells Fargo, she discovered the financial planning profession and realized that it combined the opportunity to help others with her analytical skills. Ellen started working with high net worth clients at Accredited Investors, LLC, and then honed her comprehensive financial planning skills at McGladrey Wealth Management, LLC. Her decade in the industry has flown by as she has enjoyed creating meaningful relationships.

Ellen lives with her spouse and daughter in St. Paul. She enjoys traveling and time spent in Northern Minnesota and Wisconsin.

  • Ashley Reiter, AIF®

    Associate Wealth Partner

As a financial planner for BGM Wealth Partners, Ashley Reiter helps clients manage all the facets of their financial lives. She thinks of financial planning as a journey, and her role in the journey is to serve as a partner, helping to guide clients toward their goals. In the process, she thrives on the relationships that are forged and the clarity and comfort she helps provide.

Ashley got started in wealth management by handling back-office functions such as trading, brokerage operations, and account and cash management. She has since stepped out from behind the curtain to serve as a main point of contact for clients, but her mission remains the same: to help clients enjoy their life now with the peace of mind that they can enjoy their future too. To further that goal, Ashley—who already has an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation—is working toward certification as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.

Ashley lives in St. Paul with her husband and daughter. When she is not in the office, she enjoys time with her family, friends and two rescue dogs. One of her favorite activities is playing guitar and singing, and though she admits she is a bit shy about performing, she has been in a few bands. She also enjoys reading and spending time in the mountains.

    Katie Frazier

    Associate Wealth Partner

    Katie Frazier

Katie Frazier has a passion for helping people—a calling that prompted her to choose financial planning as her career. Although people may typically think of doctors or teachers when they consider the helping professions, she knew financial planning would combine her love for numbers with the ability to help people in tangible ways. On a typical day at BGM Wealth Partners, Katie helps clients meet goals such as planning for retirement, reducing their taxes, and giving to their favorite charities.

Katie started her working life as a food scientist before making the transition to financial planning. She initially focused on back-office responsibilities, such as processing paperwork for new accounts and creating reports for client meetings. In 2017, she joined BGM Wealth Partners, where she is thrilled to work one-on-one with clients every day. Her most gratifying moments come when people come in worried about their finances but leave with peace of mind because they now have a plan of attack to address their concerns.

Outside of the office, Katie volunteers as a tax preparer for Prepare + Prosper tax clinic. She devotes the rest of her free time to her husband and young daughter while working on home projects inspired by HGTV or the DIY Network.
